Staff & Faculty

• The UHP is staffed by award winning advisors and administrators whose mission is to assist University Honors students in their quest to be full participants in the academic and global community.
  
  
• The UHP Faculty Advisory Board have been assembled from a array of disciplines with the development of an exciting interdisciplinary curriculum at the heart of their mission. They will assist the director in creating innovative courses for UHP students.
  
  
• Faculty Honors Representatives in each department are dedicated to teaching undergraduates and advising them of opportunities for research and education.
  
  
• Honors Fellows and Honors Tutors:
  • Honors Fellows are outstanding graduate teaching assistants assigned to labs and supplemental discussions attached to some Honors courses. They are selected for their pedagogical skills and knowledge of the discipline.
    
    
  • Honors Tutors are exceptional undergraduate assistants assigned to provide tutoring support for Honors courses. Honors students are selected based on faculty or academic advisor recommendations. Their job is to assist other students in being successful.
