Academics

A primary goal of the University Honors Program is to provide an enriched learning environment which includes a unique set of experiences, e.g. tailored curricular offerings, personalized academic advising, and a wide variety of co-curricular opportunities.

Honors Departmental Courses and Honors Seminars invite students to experience the depth of foundational, advanced, and topical courses. Many of our students also participate in graduate-level courses, directed and independent research.

A number of curricular and co-curricular experiences can be used towards UHP requirements. These experiences underscore the importance of community engagement, internships, research and extended learning opportunities.
